"West Side Story" presented by Surrey Symphony Society / Surrey Youth Orchestras

The Surrey Symphony Society presents an afternoon of orchestral music by three Surrey Youth Orchestras including 100 young musicians!  Hear the energetic, dance-driven sounds of West Side Story by the Surrey Strings with professional percussionist, Phillip Crewe.  The Surrey Youth Orchestra presents Concerto Competition Winner’s violinist Sunny Shih, with a stellar performance of Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole and cellist Yu An Cheng, with a passionate rendition of Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto No. 1.  Also featured in this program are the Junior Strings and Chamber Music Program.
